Abstract

Salary is one of the important aspects in the sustainability of an industry so that workers get a fair return for their hard work. In addition, THR and BPJS are supporting aspects where the government, which acts as a regulator, provides non-wage guarantees for workers so that they can feel prosperous. Companies are obliged to implement the provisions that have been regulated by the government to create a conducive and mutually beneficial work environment. This can also show that the company provides employee service programs that can form a sense of enthusiasm, a sense of security, and a sense of being valued, so that there is a desire for mutual respect between the two parties. Therefore, this article will discuss the implementation of claims for salaries, THR, and BPJS in companies. The article employs a participatory method by systematically collecting and analyzing data.
